This past year has been a roller coaster. It started with a lot of changes in my life and has continued to give me some very raw, real experiences that forced me to really look at myself and ask what it is that I want. Some days have been really heavy. I could go through and list all of the changes or some of the things I had to deal with. But at the end of the day the only person that needs to know exactly HOW this year has transformed me…is me. Don’t get me wrong, there is a beauty in being completely open and sharing things that aren’t necessarily comfortable to share. But I am learning that I don’t need to update everyone about every little thing in my life. I don’t need to explain or justify anything. So, all I have to say is-here is to more feeling uncomfortable. More growth. More stopping and listening. And more honest, real, raw, transformational moments 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
